Instrument lending application

Jazz Forward Dayton’s Instrument Lending Program helps remove barriers so musicians in our community can learn, practice, and perform. This application helps us understand your musical goals and match you with the right instrument. Please note that instrument availability is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate every request if an instrument is not currently in stock. We ask all borrowers to care for instruments responsibly and stay engaged with the community.
